Family Visions Outreach, Inc. is located in Sylvester, Georgia, a small, but thriving rural community. Pastor Judy Hall and the elders of Jesus Christ Tabernacle of Deliverance Church founded the organization in 2002. Family Visions Outreach has achieved tax- exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It acts as a liaison with city, state, and federal governments, as well as with other organizations serving children and families in the local community.

The Georgia Department of Community Affairs designated FVO as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO).

In that capacity, FVO serves Worth and the surrounding counties. The mission of Family Visions is of partner with both public and private entities to provide housing to low- to moderate-income residents, while providing tools for self-sufficiency. In line with that mission, FVO entered into partnership with another nonprofit developer to develop Paradise Estates, a rental housing development financed through the Department of Community Affairs.
